the van buren, maine town council regretfully accepted town assessor tony martin's resignation tuesday evening in a move that came as a surprise to many in attendance, but apparently was considered about by tony and his future plans were related to the town for some time now

van buren only has one shift for the ambulance which means the ambulance department has to pay overtime for the emts to do multiple shifts:

oh, tony's fb - that was his wife i asked what happened with tony - outside during the 2 executive sessions (where everyone not on the council or the town manager and deputy town manager have to leave the meeting and all recordings have to be turned off) after tony resigned - who said she didn't know or she wasn't sure
